Yoga (Yoga) (2018)

30.00

A series of booklets, compiled from the writings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, on specific subjects covering almost all aspects of human life, our daily strivings and our inner needs. Although a compilation, in its very nature, is likely to have a personal and subjective approach, a sincere attempt, however, has been made to be faithful to the vision of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.

Excerpts from Yoga:

All Yoga is in its nature a new birth; it is a birth out of the ordinary, the mentalised material life of man into a higher spiritual consciousness and a greater and diviner being.
Yoga is the union of that which has become separated in the play of the universe with its own true self, origin and universality.
Our Yoga (Integral Yoga) is a double movement of ascent and descent; one rises to higher and higher levels of consciousness, but at the same time one brings down their power not only into mind and life, but in the end even into the body.
The question is to be sincere. ….. If you were dealing in human affairs, then you could resort to deception, but in dealing with the Divine there is no possibility of deception anywhere.
